Here is the gang on a rainy Kalaheo day! Banx is now almost 13months and we just love this kid!!! (Banx 13m, Kiri 18m and Lyon 2.5 yrs)

Conversational Keikis

As they are getting older they are starting to have little conversations with each other. Tonight I was laying in bed with both of them trying to get them to sleep. The moon was bright, shinning through the window. Between the moon and the window our lychee tree created a shadow on the window. Lyon happened to notice this.
Lyon: "Baby! Look! a bird!"
Kiri: "oh yea, bird"
Lyon: "yep, its a bird!"
Kiri" "mmmmhmm....wow"

Fix Her Hair!

Our friends Jason and Leilani are staying with us. Leilani has beautiful long hair. Today Lyon came up to me and said "Mom, fix Aunty's hair!" So I told him to go fix it. He went up to Leilani's hair and "fluffed" it and told me "There! all better."

1st Birthday Kiss

Kiri gave her little friend Banx a good smack on the lips for his First birthday. Then she took her loot of balloons home from the party.

Ariki's 27th Birthday

The kids surprised Daddy (after he slept in) with two hand-made birthday cards. He loved them. A great way to start the 27th year of your life!

Funny Stories

Both these little kids seem to think it is funny to take off their diapers, jump on the bed and start dancing around naked singing their preschool song "My Body, my body, so good to be in my body!" Lyon leads the show while Kiri giggles and dances in the background.

Today we went to see Uncle Raymond's dog named Waldo. He's a beautiful chocolate lab that loves to play. After our visit we got in the car and our conversation went like this:
"mom where's Waldo?"
"He's with Uncle Raymond"
"Is Waldo eating cookies?"
"There's a good chance he is"

You gotta love it.
